About the Brown Poker Club

As you've probably guessed by now, Brown Poker Club is all about poker! As a group, we learn, play, analyze, and even compete from time to time. During meetings, we learn poker concepts such as position, pot odds, hand ranges, etc. and engage in either in-house tournaments or casual play.

Our competition team has dominated the annual Intercollegiate Poker Association (IPA) tournament for several years, securing first-place victories in 2021 and 2022 (with more on the way)!

We strive to connect members to each other in order to enable them to play more than just once a week. We welcome anyone from Brown who's interested in poker.
